BlockBeats News, October 24th, Zhiyun International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 8521) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cloudpotent, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Pansemi, the global partner of WhatsMiner, in Singapore. The two parties will collaborate on computing power supply and operation around cloud-based computing power and internet traffic services. Under the agreement, the subsidiary of Zhiyun International will, through a priority purchasing method, obtain approximately HK$30 million worth of computing power resources from Pansemi and will deliver them in batches over 24 months. It will help Zhiyun International acquire mining computing power at a discounted price, enhance Bitcoin mining efficiency, and strengthen its global competitiveness.
