BlockBeats News, December 4, Twenty One Capital, a Bitcoin investment company supported by Cantor Fitzgerald and Jack Mallers, announced that it has received approval from CEP shareholders at a special shareholder meeting for the business combination proposal with Cantor Equity Partners (Nasdaq: CEP), a special purpose acquisition company.
The merger transaction is expected to be completed on December 8, and the post-merger company will operate under the name Twenty One Capital, with its Class A common stock expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on December 9 under the ticker symbol "XXI".
